We are expanding rapidly and looking for dynamic leaders to join our mission.Position OverviewWe are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) who will be responsible for creating and managing a sales team, driving hostel partnerships, achieving booking targets, and executing marketing strategies in the assigned region.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Building & Leadership – Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/field officers.Sales & Business Development – Onboard hostels to the LOOH platform and promote student bookings.Target Achievement – Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.Marketing Execution – Run offline and online marketing campaigns to increase visibility and bookings.Market Expansion – Explore new opportunities, partnerships, and local tie-ups for growth.Reporting & MIS – Prepare and share sales reports, performance data, and achievement records with management.Eligibility CriteriaGraduate / MBA (preferred).2–5 years of sales & team handling experience (hospitality, real estate, insurance, or edtech preferred).Strong leadership & entrepreneurial mindset.Ability to achieve targets under deadlines.Excellent communication & negotiation skills.Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (depending on experience & location).Incentives: Attractive commission on hostel onboarding & confirmed bookings.Growth Opportunity: Performance-based promotion and long-term career growth.Why Join Us?Fast-growing startup in the hostel & accommodation industry.Freedom to build and lead your own team.High earning potential with performance-based incentives.Chance to be part of a company aiming for ₹100 Cr+ growth in 1 year.How to Apply:Send your CV at loohhostels@gmail.com
