2. What You’ll Do

• Lead project execution for premium architectural and interior projects from design coordination to handover.
• Interpret and work with 2D/3D drawings across all disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.).
• Identify design discrepancies, foresee execution risks, and propose solutions.
• Validate and review work orders, BOQs, and drawings.
• Prepare detailed execution schedules with task inter-dependencies.
• Conduct regular site inspections and remote quality audits.
• Ensure all quality, safety, and timeline requirements are met.
• Guide and provide technical inputs to Site Supervisors/Project Executives.
• Provide timely site updates and weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between designers and customers during execution.
• Maintain and update project trackers and summaries.
• Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to checklists and work method statements for quality output.
• Collaborate on internal initiatives like SOP development and pricing strategy.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, addressing concerns promptly.

3. What We Expect

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Management or Construction Management (Tier I/Tier II preferred).
• 3+ years of proven experience in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Strong understanding of site execution for premium home and interior projects.
• Ability to assess design feasibility and anticipate execution risks.
• Process-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
