Architect

We are seeking a skilled and visionary Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring creative design solutions, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs in line with client requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using design software.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Research materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to ensure compliance.
• Lead and oversee architectural projects from conceptual design to completion.
• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends and sustainable design practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as an Architect with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong creative and technical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• License to practice architecture (if required in your location).

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹50,000 per month, based on performance.
• Probation period: Up to 3 months.
