Architect Support

You will be responsible for designing residential and commercial buildings in compliance with municipal regulations. This includes creating plans, elevations, and modifying plans as necessary. You will work closely with vendors, consultants, and the business development team to obtain project approvals. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing working drawings and sales drawings during the construction phase. As an Architect Support at Level 3A/B, you will need to detail project plans by estimating man-hours, required personnel, and project timelines. You will also serve as a liaison between the outsourced agency and the design architects" team to provide updates, present drafts, and incorporate feedback effectively. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, results-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Networking abilities, confidence, clear thinking, and adaptability are also essential qualities for this position. Knowledge of interior design, site execution, and rate analysis will be beneficial. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor of Architecture degree and at least 8 years of experience in design and architecture from a reputable firm. Design coordination and consulting experience are key skills required for this position.,
