Junior Architect – G Cube Studio

G Cube Studio is looking for a Junior Architect to join our Architecture and Construction team. We are seeking passionate and skilled professionals with at least 1 year of experience to work on a variety of residential, commercial, and institutional architecture projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design development, drafting, and detailing of architectural projects.
• Prepare conceptual designs, schematic layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and research on materials & construction methods.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for technical detailing and material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site challenges.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an architecture firm working on built projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and materials.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant software.
• Good understanding of structural, MEP, and building services coordination.
• Strong technical detailing, 3D visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project coordination abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
