Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCad/Revit Designer to join our design

And drafting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality 2D &3 drawings. the successful candidates will responsible for preparing accurate architectural designs, models, and construction drawings, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create accurate and efficient 3D Building Information Models (BIM) in Revit.
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans, sketches, and concepts into fully realized designs.
• Collaborate with architects, civil and structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination in Revit across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure drawings comply with local codes, regulations, and standards.
• Update designs based on client feedback, field changes, and RFI responses.
• Tekla design & detailing.
• Architecture lay outing.
• Industrial / domestic interior & exterior design.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in

  Architectural Engineering

  , Architecture, or a related field.

• Proven experience

  in 2D drafting and 3D modeling using

  AutoCAD and Revit

  .
• Knowledge of

  BIM workflows

  and standards.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and detailing.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of design accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
