Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented, passionate, and driven Architect to join our dynamic in-house team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore. The Architect will play a pivotal role in project design, coordination, and execution across our residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and support architectural design from concept to completion

· Prepare detailed construction drawings, 3D models, and design presentations

· Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary teams including MEP consultants, structural engineers, and contractors

· Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

· Handle municipal & regulatory approvals with relevant authorities

· Manage software-based project workflows and digital documentation

· Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality audits throughout the project lifecycle

· Participate in client presentations, reviews, and meetings for design approvals

· Ensure alignment with project vision, client expectations, and Chris Group standards

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

· 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in architecture or design firms

· Advanced proficiency in architectural software:

o AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred)

o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

o Lumion, Enscape, or other 3D visualization tools

o MS Office for reports and documentation

· Strong understanding of building codes, local bye-laws, NBC, and fire regulations

· Proficiency in project coordination and construction documentation

· Strong analytical & problem-solving skills for design and site-related challenges

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines

· LEED Certification or exposure to green building practices is an advantage
