Key Responsibilities:

  • Design layouts, store interiors, and building structures as per business needs.
  • Prepare drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using design software.
  • Collaborate with project, civil, and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
  • Strong creativity, visualization, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
