Job Description

Job Summary:

experienced AR Callers

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with insurance companies via phone calls for claim status.
Analyze and resolve denials, rejections, and underpayments.
Document actions taken and follow up as required.
Work on aging reports, prioritize claims nearing timely filing limits.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex claim issues.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance and client protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience
as an
AR Caller in PB or HB domain
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge of US healthcare RCM processes.
Experience handling commercial and government payers.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with medical billing software (e.g., Athena, Kareo, Epic, eClinicalWorks, etc.)
Understanding of ICD-10, CPT codes, and modifiers.
Familiarity with denial management strategies.
