Role Description

This is a contract role for an Aptitude Trainer, based on-site in Raipur. The Aptitude Trainer will conduct training sessions, create educational materials, and assess the progress of students. The trainer will guide students in developing problem-solving skills, provide feedback, and support them in their learning journey. This role involves coordinating with other instructors and staying updated with industry trends and educational methods.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing educational materials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in education and training
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Previous experience as an aptitude trainer or a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and staff

Compensation

40 - 45K per month
