Apps Dev Tech Lead Angular

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst position is a senior role that entails overseeing the establishment and implementation of new or updated application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. Your primary objective in this role is to lead activities related to applications systems analysis and programming. Your responsibilities will include: - Architectural design and development of software solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. - Creating user interfaces using Angular and other front-end technologies. - Implementing Micro Frontends (MFE) architecture to facilitate independent development and deployment of front-end modules. - Developing responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML/CSS. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications. - Building and maintaining frameworks to support the development of modular, reusable components. - Implementing containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. - Integrating authentication and authorization mechanisms such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and OAuth. - Designing and implementing RESTful APIs to enable communication between different components. - Conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and reliability. - Collaborating with QA engineers to create and execute test cases to ensure software deliverables" quality. - Staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development practices continually. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Qualifications required for this role are: - 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role. - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications. - Experience in successfully managing and implementing projects. - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development. - Ability to adapt priorities quickly as per circumstances. - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills. - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Education requirements: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience. - Master's degree preferred. Additional Requirements and Skills: - Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular, HTML/CSS, and Micro Frontends (MFE). - Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. - Experience developing and maintaining frameworks for modular, reusable components. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms like SSO and OAuth. - Hands-on experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
