As an Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst at Citi, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify necessary system enhancements - Consulting with users, clients, and other technology groups to recommend programming solutions - Applying fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications - Analyzing applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conducting testing and debugging - Serving as an advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts - Identifying problems, analyzing information, and recommending and implementing solutions - Resolving issues by selecting solutions through acquired technical experience - Operating with a limited level of direct supervision and exercising independence of judgment - Acting as Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members Qualifications required for this role include: - 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry - Intermediate level experience in Applications Development role - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills - Problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience In addition, expertise in CI/CD pipeline automation & related tools, familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub or Jenkins, AI related automation, experience in building and iterating on supervised and unsupervised models using Python, Unix scripting, and agile approved models, experience with deployment tools and practices, comfort with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure, evaluating the impact and performance of models in test and production environments, and knowledge on vulnerabilities and fid managements are required for this role.
