You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, performance tuning, cloning, troubleshooting, and patching the Oracle EBS system. Ensure you meet the deadlines and the SLAs. You will serve as the first point of escalation for the Tier 1 and Jr. DBAs. Prepare and update documents for the customer tasks whenever required. Document all the issues and their solutions for future references. You are expected to book 9 hours (shift timing) per day which includes both customer billable and internal non-billable hours. Bring highly complex and highly sensitive issue into notice of the shift lead and the manager.
