Apprentice

Job Summary:

This role offers hands-on industrial experience in a modern FMCG manufacturing environment. Apprentices will gain technical skills and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Learn and apply quality control procedures to ensure product standards.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain practical knowledge of manufacturing practices.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects related to production and plant operations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• ITI Certificate in Fitter, Electrician, Electronics, Turner, or Welder.
• Must have passed ITI in 2022, 2023, or 2024.
• Age limit: 18-23 years.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.,

Preferred Skills / Attributes:

• Knowledge of safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with automated systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work with hand tools and power tools.
