Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills :Network Security Implementation, Microsoft Azure DevOps
Good to have skills :Microsoft Azure IaaSMinimum

Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. You will focus on maintaining high-quality service through effective communication, ensuring that world-class systems operate smoothly. Your role requires you to accurately identify client issues and leverage your extensive product knowledge to design appropriate resolutions, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and system performance. Roles & Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage network security solutions to ensure a secure and resilient infrastructure.Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances.Manage core networking, including routing and switching, to support secure connectivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, identify, and mitigate security risks.Monitor and analyze security events using advanced security monitoring tools.Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and best practices to ensure operational excellence. Proficiency in Network Security Implementation, Microsoft Azure DevOps.Strong understanding of network security principles and operations.Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions.Solid knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.Expertise in Core Networking, Routing, and Switching.Hands-on experience with firewall technologies and IPSEC VPNs.23 years of experience with Palo Alto NGFW, VM-Series, and Panorama.12 years of experience working with a Public Cloud (preferably Azure).Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with security monitoring tools.
Educational Qualifications:Btech or Equivalent Qualification 15 years full time education
