Job Description

As an Application Support Engineer at Infogain, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized support for vendor-specific products and services, serving as the final point of escalation for complex issues. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving software issues that L3 teams cannot handle, collaborating closely with product architects, software developers, and hardware designers to implement solutions, and offering feedback for product improvement. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent customer relationship management skills by communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing solutions that may involve selling additional products or services, and participating in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support coverage for critical issues. Qualifications and Skills: - Extensive experience (2-4 years) in a senior engineering, escalation management, or technical support role. - Specialized Technical Knowledge in AWS Infra, Golang, Postgres, and React. - Advanced Troubleshooting skills to address complex issues. - Excellent Communication Skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams. - Strong Analytical Skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
