Position: Application Support Manager - IT

Qualification / Experience:

  • Work Experience (Min 5 Yrs.) in BFSI segment and knowledge of Loan Management System.
  • BE/B Tech

Location: Delhi

Position Overview:

The Manager IT (FinOne & LMS) will oversee and manage the implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of FinOne and other Loan Management Systems (LMS). This role ensures smooth integration with core banking or lending platforms and acts as a bridge between business, IT teams, and external vendors.

Summary of Qualifications and Responsibilities

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong functional and technical expertise in Loan Management Systems (LMS), especially FinOne/Omnifin.
  • Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of AWS services including Data Lake, Athena, and S3.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve techno-functional challenges and optimize application performance.
  • Experience in managing internal/external audits, disaster recovery drills, and cybersecurity compliance including VAPT closure.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Environment Management

  • Ensure smooth operation and availability of Production, UAT, and Pre-Production environments.
  • Monitor system health, batch jobs, and integrations for LMS platforms.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and application issues across all environments.
  • Publish regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Implementation & Enhancements

  • Lead module implementations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Conduct UAT and oversee production deployments.

Integration & Automation

  • Manage integration of conversational AI across digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with middleware/API teams for seamless data flow.
  • Ensure interoperability between LMS and other applications.

Support & Incident Resolution

  • Provide L2/L3 support for LMS-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot bugs and coordinate with vendors or internal teams.
  • Maintain detailed issue logs and implement proactive monitoring.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to RBI regulations and internal IT audit standards.
  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and DR/BCP procedures.
  • Prepare regulatory reporting files (ADF/Cibil/NSEL etc.) and timely upload as per deadlines.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep functional knowledge of FinOne modules (LOS, LMS, Collections, Disbursement).
  • Experience in NBFC/BFSI lending workflows and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong vendor management, coordination, and documentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting (preferred).

Education & Experience

  • Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Over 6 years of relevant experience in NBFC domain.
  • Proven track record in managing Loan Lifecycle Management systems.
