Application Support Engineer

As an Application Support Engineer, your role will involve monitoring applications and tracking performance using Excel. You will be responsible for commissioning and configuring RMS devices remotely, updating checklists, and ensuring that installation procedures are properly followed and completed on time. Additionally, you will create trouble tickets on Jira for incidents and tasks, monitor application services on Windows and Linux, troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise, and conduct health check analysis of hardware production using Microsoft Excel. It is essential to adhere to EHS policies and train new team members on activities. Being a quick learner, self-motivated, confident, and possessing excellent communication skills are key attributes for this role.
