Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes and procedures.- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.- Strong understanding of server configuration and management.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving server-related issues.- Familiarity with backup and recovery solutions for Windows Server environments.- Knowledge of network protocols and services related to Windows Server.
