As L2 support engineer, taking the ownership of User tickets and fix the issues with breaching SLA and provide support 5/6 days a week that includes weekends too. Actively work on Gitlab build and pipeline failures, Pagerduty, firm based custom products (around ~10 applications), fabric alerts (Linux and Windows servers), Production support activities, attend calls and followups(Emails, texts) with the users and Developers. Preparation of runbooks if we encounter unique issue. Monitor, troubleshoot and fix the fabric alerts and Pagerduty alerts that are Critical and High severity. Working on the automation part on a few cases for user tickets where it leads to minimize our intervention and save a lot of time. Being SME for a few products, shall train the team members who lack knowledge in those areas and attend the training sessions where I need grip. Regularly follow-up with the users and Dev on the tickets. Coordinating with the Dev on the updates of the products, SEV incidents and cascade with the entire team as well as the users if any tickets has been raised for the said issues. Finish the mandatory modules, assessments which we receive on weekly/monthly basis.
