SummaryAs a .NET MVC Technical Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications aligned with business requirements. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring high-quality output, timely delivery, and adherence to best practices. Your role involves strategic decision-making, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to drive project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in .NET MVC technologies and application architectureLead and manage a team of developers, assigning tasks and monitoring performanceOwn technical decisions and ensure alignment with business goalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable solutionsResolve complex technical issues and guide the team through problem-solvingConduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practicesFacilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions and technical workshopsTrack project milestones and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancementsSupport project planning, estimation, and resource allocationProfessional & Technical Skills:
