Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and functionality while fostering a collaborative environment for innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills:

- 6 years technical experience within D365 CRM- 5+ years technical experience within D365 CRM Service, Sales and Field Service- Strong awareness of the following:CRM configuration & customization, CRM Plug-ins, CRM custom Workflows, Power Automate, Model Driven App, Canvas Apps- Having exposure on Azure DevOps- Act as development lead and able to demonstrate a wide range of development skills. Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practice.- Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed- Write and review technical specification documentation- Design, develop, review and test customized code for Dynamics 365 CRM as well as integrations to other applications.- Excellent communicator with ability to operate within cross functional teams
