Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, and customize vision-based inspection solutions to meet customer requirements.
Provide on-site and remote technical support for machine vision system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Conduct customer training to ensure effective utilization of our products and solutions.
Create detailed documentation, including manuals, reports, etc., to assist customers in the operation and maintenance of machine vision systems.
Build customer relationships through technical guidance and exceptional service.
Stay up-to-date on the latest machine vision technology, to provide expert advice and guidance.)
