Role Overview: As a Support Engineer in the Team Support department, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to existing customers and Value-Added Resellers (VARs). You will troubleshoot software issues, offer technical guidance, conduct training sessions, and maintain customer accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated with new technologies, and there may be occasional travel involved. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-class technical support to VARs and customers, proactively addressing their needs - Analyze, track, and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Investigate and solve problems, developing workarounds and techniques for specific scenarios - Assist in developing web-based support initiatives, knowledge bases, and technical documentation - Conduct webinars and training sessions for reseller support staff to enhance their skills - Diagnose and resolve a range of issues, including installation, setup, and hardware-related software problems Qualifications Required: - Diploma, degree, or fresh graduates with a burning desire to learn - Experience with 2D CAD software Additional Company Details: The company emphasizes the importance of having working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
