Application Developer (Zoho Specialist)

Role Overview: As a Zoho Application Developer at STS Renewable India, you will be a key member of the IT & Digitalization team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, build, and customize applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Deluge scripting. By automating workflows, integrating third-party services, and ensuring data accuracy, you will play a vital role in the digital transformation journey, delivering scalable and user-friendly applications that contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize applications utilizing Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and the Zoho One suite tools. - Automate workflows, construct dashboards, and integrate third-party systems through Zoho APIs and Deluge scripting. - Maintain and enhance existing applications to ensure scalability, performance, and security. - Create reports and analytics dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality, user-centric solutions. - Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, and regulatory standards. - Keep abreast of Zoho platform updates and industry best practices. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in application development, with a minimum of 3+ years focusing on Zoho platforms. - Profound expertise in Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho One. - Proficiency in Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Zoho certifications are desirable; Agile/Lean certifications would be a bonus.
