Job Description

Appian Developer will design, develop, and implement innovative workflow and process automation solutions using the Appian BPM platform. This role requires expertise in Appian SAIL Development, Process Model Design, Appian Records Configuration, Interface Design, and Expression Rules. The candidate will leverage skills in Appian Data Types, Integration SDK, Web API Development, and Appian Cloud Platform to deliver end-to-end applications. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential to translate complex business requirements into effective Appian solutions. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure successful project delivery. The developer must demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and time management to meet project deadlines. Experience with Appian RPA, Security Configuration, Deployment Automation, Plugins, and Decision Rules will enhance solution quality and scalability.

Responsibilities

: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Appian SAIL Development, Process Model Design, Appian Records Configuration, Interface Design, and Expression Rules to build robust applications. Design and develop scalable Appian applications and workflows that align with business objectives and technical standards. Translate detailed business requirements into efficient Appian process models, decision rules, and data models. Develop and manage Appian components including SAIL interfaces, expression rules, process models, and records to ensure seamless functionality. Integrate Appian solutions with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and web services to enable data exchange and automation. Perform thorough unit testing, debugging, and documentation to maintain high-quality deliverables and facilitate knowledge sharing. Collaborate effectively with QA, DevOps, and business teams throughout the software development lifecycle, participating in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

Qualifications

: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.,Candidates must have between 4 to 10 years of professional experience in Appian development or related BPM platforms.,Experience in designing and delivering end-to-end Appian applications with a focus on process automation is essential.
