Angular Developer

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong knowledge and hands-on development experience in Angular 4 & above. You should be proficient with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JSON, and writing cross-browser compatible code. Having a good understanding of Typescript DOM manipulation technique & RESTful services is essential. It is expected that you are an expert in at least one of the modern MVC frameworks and have hands-on experience in implementing Angular applications, directives, pipes, and services. Proficiency in RxJS for reactive programming and Ngrx for state management is a must, along with knowledge of Design patterns. You should have proven experience working in fully Agile teams/environment and be familiar with Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD) processes. Working knowledge with code versioning tools like git, svn, etc., is also required. Experience in responsive web design, bootstrap, or angular material framework would be considered a plus. Familiarity with automated unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, etc., and good domain knowledge in areas like Retail, Travel, and Hospitality would be advantageous. As a part of this role, your responsibilities would include designing and developing application frontend using Javascript, TypeScript & Angular. You will collaborate closely with the development team and product managers/owners to brainstorm and implement suitable solutions. Providing technical support to the team during the development process and determining how technology can be applied to meet business needs are key aspects of this role. You will also be responsible for designing the suitable client-side application architecture, coordinating with back-end developers to build RESTful APIs, and staying up-to-date with all recent modules/versions. Additionally, you will be expected to optimize applications for performance, monitor security updates, and address any issues found with product/module dependencies. Proposing upgrades and updates necessary to align with modern security and development best practices will also be part of your responsibilities.
