Android/iOS Platform Developer

As an Android/iOS Platform Developer, you will be responsible for working on system-level components, frameworks, SDKs, or kernel/driver development for Android (AOSP) or iOS/macOS. Your key responsibilities will include developing, debugging, and optimizing low-level platform components, working on system services, HAL, drivers, or kernel modules, customizing and extending Android frameworks or iOS Darwin/XNU components, and improving performance, power efficiency, and security of the mobile platform. You will also be expected to integrate and test new hardware support, debug system crashes, stability issues, and memory leaks using tools like ADB, LLDB, systrace, or kernel logs, contribute to AOSP or Apple's open-source Darwin components, write native code (C/C++/Rust) and occasionally Java/Kotlin (Android) or Swift/Objective-C (iOS) for framework layers, collaborate with hardware vendors to ensure compatibility, and maintain and improve build systems. You should hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Certifications like Android Platform Development, Apple Kernel Development (if applicable) would be considered a plus.
