Job Description

Android Developers

Key Responsibilities

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using
Kotlin/Java
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.
Work with UI/UX designers to deliver smooth and responsive user experiences.
Debug, test, and fix application issues to ensure optimal performance.
Publish and maintain apps on the
Google Play Store
.
Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and industry best practices.

Technical Skills Required

Strong knowledge of
Kotlin
and/or
Java
.
Familiarity with
Android SDK, Jetpack Components, MVVM/MVP/MVC architecture
.
Experience with
REST APIs, JSON, Retrofit/Volley
.
Database knowledge:
SQLite, Room, Firebase, Realm
.
Version control using
Git
.
Knowledge of
Gradle, Android Studio, Material Design guidelines
.
Preferred: Knowledge of
Flutter/React Native
for cross-platform apps.

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

B.Tech/B.E./MCA/BCA or equivalent in Computer Science/IT.
Basic understanding of mobile app lifecycle and hands-on projects (internship/college).
Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new frameworks.

For Experienced Candidates (1–10+ Years):

Hands-on experience in publishing apps on Play Store.
Ability to work independently on end-to-end Android projects.
Knowledge of push notifications, analytics, payments, and security best practices.
Experience in leading or mentoring junior developers (for senior roles).

Soft Skills

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Analytical thinking with problem-solving approach.
Adaptability to dynamic startup or corporate environments.
Attention to detail and quality.

Salary Range

Freshers:
₹3 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA.
Mid-Level (2–5 years):
₹6 LPA – ₹15 LPA.
Senior Developers (6–10+ years):
₹15 LPA – ₹28+ LPA.
