As we expand our digital footprint, we're looking for a self-motivated Android Developer to join our team.

Role Overview:

As an Android Developer at Om Informatics, you will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and deploying a portfolio of 6-7 applications within the logistics sector. This role demands a high level of independence and initiative as you'll be working without direct supervision, requiring you to troubleshoot, maintain, and update applications proactively.

Responsibilities:

• Application Management:

  Oversee the entire lifecycle of 6-7 logistics-related mobile apps, ensuring their smooth operation, timely updates, and compliance with the latest industry standards.

• Development and Deployment:

  Handle the development of new features and the deployment of updates to existing applications. Must be proficient in deploying apps to the Google Play Store, managing app listings, and monitoring user feedback.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Utilize Firebase for push notifications, and integrate native mobile functionalities such as camera and GPS location services into applications.

• Quality Assurance:

  Conduct thorough testing to identify bugs or areas of improvement, ensuring apps maintain high performance and user satisfaction.

• Independent Operation:

  Work autonomously to manage tasks and deadlines, effectively prioritizing projects without the need for direct supervision.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  Min.2 years of relevant experience in Android app development.

• Portfolio:

  At least 2 apps deployed on the Google Play Store.

• Technical Skills:

  Strong proficiency in Android SDK, Firebase, and familiar with integrating mobile functionalities (camera, GPS).

• Qualifications:

  A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

• Personal Skills:

  Excellent problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
