Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Android Developer to join our mobile development team. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications. You’ll work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to bring world-class mobile experiences to life.

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin/Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Work with external data sources and APIs (REST, JSON, GraphQL).
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit tests, and automated testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience in Android app development.
• Proficiency in Kotlin (preferred) and/or Java.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, UI design principles, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Jetpack components, Android Studio, and Gradle.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, or other design patterns.
• Experience with third-party libraries, Firebase, and APIs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Flutter, React Native, or cross-platform development.
• Understanding of CI/CD tools and deployment to Google Play Store.
• Published one or more Android apps in the Play Store.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,502.40 - ₹35,000.00 per month
