Work you’ll do

Provide support to the US/USI Talent Development Stakeholders, by developing customized reporting solutions. Some of the primary responsibilities include but not limited to,

• Develop, analyze, and modify processes, data structures, and models.
• Interact with business teams and system analysts to review and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.
• Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, Power Query and other BI tools.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Perform detailed data analysis (i.e. determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples).
• Perform routine and ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support business needs.
• Train end users on new reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence role.

Skills

Required:

• Strong experience with BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
• Understanding of data warehouse and data cube concepts.
• Experience in data modeling, data extraction and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive models.
• Experience in a role that involves strategic planning, and managing resources to deliver planned results.
