Role Overview

Amazon Listing & Catalog Manager

Key Responsibilities

Listing Optimization

  • Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords. to Upload and maintain A+ Content, Brand Store, and Brand Story pages.
  • Conduct competitor and keyword research for every marketplace.

Catalog Management

  • Handle flat file uploads, parent-child variations, category attributes.
  • Resolve suppressed, inactive, or stranded listings quickly.
  • Ensure DG, MOCRA, Health Canada, and other compliance rules are applied.

Brand Registry & Protection

  • Manage Brand Registry submissions and brand asset uploads.
  • Open cases with Amazon for listing reinstatement, counterfeit/hijacker removal.
  • Ensure trademarks, images, and product details are protected.

Content Coordination

  • Work with graphic design team for infographics, images, and A+ visuals.
  • Collaborate with marketing for seasonal updates (Black Friday, Prime Day, Holidays).
  • Support regional managers with localizing listings (EU languages, etc.).

Catalog Database & Reporting

  • Maintain a

    Master Catalog File

    of all SKUs across marketplaces.
  • Weekly audits of broken links, suppressed ASINs, compliance risks.
  • Share catalog health reports with Brand Managers and leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing

    Amazon Seller Central

    catalogs at scale (100+ SKUs).
  • Strong knowledge of flat file uploads, category attributes, brand registry.
  • Proven experience fixing

    suppressed / blocked / DG classified listings

    .• Familiar with keyword tools (Helium10, JungleScout, DataDive).
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple marketplaces (US, CA, UK/EU, AU, MX, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive problem solver.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with

    Shopify, Walmart Seller Center

    .
  • Familiarity with

    regulatory compliance for cosmetics

    (SDS, MOCRA, Health Canada).
  • Prior work in mid-size e-commerce brand ($10M+ revenue)
