Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - HR Operations for our organization. The scope will include handling end to end HR Operations including HR Policy, SOP, ISO Audit, Statutory compliances and HR process digitization

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the complete Employee Life Cycle from onboarding to exit.

Generate and analyze HR Analytics & MIS reports for management decision-making.

Formulation and implementation of HR Policies, SOPs, and ISO Audit compliance.
Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Head Office, Factory, and Project Site employees with accuracy and timeliness.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other payroll-related obligations.
Drive HRMS/HRIS implementation (HONO, Darwinbox, Oracle) for process automation and efficiency. Provide support in Performance Management System (PMS) executionAdminister Employee Benefits activities in alignment with company policies.

Candidate Profile:

Any Graduate with PGDM /MBA in HR

8 to 10 years of experience
