Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Development and Optimization:

    Design, build, test, and implement robust Alteryx

    workflows, macros, and analytical applications

    using

    Alteryx Designer

    . Design, develop, and maintain Alteryx workflows for data validation and data profiling, based on documented and approved requirements from Functional Design Documents (FDD) and additional identified and approved during continuous testing cycle
  • Data Preparation (ETL):

    Perform

    Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL)

    tasks, including data preparation, blending, cleansing, validation, and transformation from diverse sources (databases, APIs, files, cloud platforms).
  • Collaboration and Requirements Gathering:

    Work with business stakeholders, data analysts, and BI teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Automation:

    Identify and implement opportunities for workflow

    automation

    and process improvement to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

    Gain knowledge transition on the existing Alteryx reports developed by the Implementation Team. Debug and optimize existing workflows for performance, scalability, and accuracy, as well as maintaining documentation for processes and data governance. Perform Enhancements.
  • Reporting Support:

    Prepare cleansed and modelled data for visualization tools such as

    Tableau

    or

    Power BI

    .
  • Collaboration:

    Collaborate and partner with O2C Continuous Testing Program delivery team, delivery/project manager and other business and IT stakeholders and integration teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience working with Alteryx Designer is often preferred. Exposure to Oracle Fusion Alteryx integrated projects is a plus.
  • Alteryx Expertise: Proficiency in Alteryx Designer and familiarity with Alteryx Server for scheduling and deployment.
  • Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of data manipulation and transformation processes.
  • Additional Skills (A Plus):

    • Experience with other ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
    • Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., GCP, Oracle Cloud).
    • Relevant

      Alteryx certifications

      (e.g., Alteryx Designer Core/Advanced).

Job Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: 4 days from office

Timings: Flexible working in shifts (depending on the role)
