AI/ML Specialist with Cybersecurity

You will be responsible for developing machine learning models for the cyber security and networking domain in a start-up environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for utilizing company data to drive business solutions. Your role will involve mining and analyzing data from company databases to optimize product development. You will need to develop custom data models and algorithms and apply predictive modeling techniques to enhance customer experiences and revenue generation. Additionally, you will work with different functional teams to implement models, monitor outcomes, and develop processes/tools to analyze model performance and data accuracy. As a key responsibility, you will lead and manage a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists in re-engineering network security and management products using AI-driven solutions. You will collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables. Your tasks will include architecting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance network security, optimize management processes, and improve product performance. You will oversee the development and deployment of AI models, algorithms, and data pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Effective communication of progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders will be crucial. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 4 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML. You must have experience working with machine learning models for threat intelligence and anomaly detection. Knowledge of various machine learning techniques, advanced statistical concepts, and proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is essential. Strong communication skills for effective coordination across teams and a drive to learn and master new technologies are required.
