About the Role

We are seeking a Data Modelling Intern with AI experience to support our data and product teams. In this role, you will help translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights, working on projects that directly impact patient engagement, care delivery, and operational efficiency. You’ll gain hands-on experience with healthcare datasets, predictive modelling, and AI applications in a business-driven context.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and refining data models to support patient care insights, risk stratification, and outcome predictions.
• Support data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation of structured and unstructured healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, patient-reported data, etc.).
• Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and data scientists to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports that communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept AI models that improve efficiency in clinical workflows or patient engagement.
• Stay current on trends in AI for healthcare, predictive analytics, and regulatory considerations (HIPAA compliance, data ethics).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Public Health Informatics, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, databases, and healthcare data formats.
• Familiarity with Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL; bonus if experienced with TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Interest in healthcare analytics, population health, or digital health solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
