Job Description

Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Coimbatore

Experience : 0 to 3+ Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that leverage machine learning and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with ML frameworks, and the ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.
Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
Design, train, and evaluate supervised and unsupervised models (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, etc.).
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
Optimize model performance and scalability using appropriate frameworks and tools.
Conduct A/B testing and model validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and deep learning technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Data Scientist.
Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas.
Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in deploying ML models to production (MLOps).
Understanding of API integration and model monitoring.
Knowledge of Big Data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark).
Publications, Kaggle participation, or contributions to open-source AI projects.
