About The Role
We are looking for:Key Responsibilities:

Model Development & Optimization:

Design, train, and optimize ASR models using real-world data.

Apply deep learning techniques to improve model accuracy and robustness.

Use frameworks like PyTorch , TensorFlow , and ASR toolkits such as Kaldi or HTK .

Deployment & MLOps:

Deploy models into production environments.

Collaborate with infrastructure and data engineering teams to maintain scalable data pipelines.

Implement continuous training and evaluation workflows.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors in Computer Science , Machine Learning , Speech Recognition , or related fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Python or C++.

Strong foundation in machine learning , deep learning , and speech technologies .

Experience with MLOps practices , bilingual ASR model design , and cloud-based deployment .
