Job Summary

AI/ML Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using

  Python, Azure ML, and Generative AI

  frameworks.
• Integrate AI solutions with

  Microsoft Cloud services

  (Azure Functions, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Cognitive Services).
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Optimize, monitor, and maintain AI/ML models in production environments.
• Ensure

  security, compliance, and best practices

  in cloud-based AI deployments.
• Stay updated with

  emerging AI technologies and Microsoft ecosystem trends

  .

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics

  .
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in

  ML engineering or AI development

  using Python and cloud-based tools.
• Deep expertise in

  LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, related architectures)

  .
• Minimum 1+ year experience in

  Generative AI & Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems

  in production.
• Proficiency in

  LLM-powered application design

  using LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone).
• Strong knowledge of

  deep learning architectures

  (Transformers) and ML frameworks (

  PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn

  ).
• Expertise in

  data manipulation & analysis

  using Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Azure

  (Azure ML, Azure DevOps, cloud-native ML workflows).
• Familiarity with

  REST APIs, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Excellent

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  .

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Azure Certifications

  : Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate.
• Experience with

  MLOps & model lifecycle management

  .
• Familiarity with

  healthcare data standards (X12, HL7)

  .
• Knowledge of

  Power BI

  or other Microsoft analytics tools.
