Role Summary

hands-on AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure

  AWS Bedrock

  for multi-agent workflows.
• Build and orchestrate

  LangChain agents

  tailored for supply chain–style use cases.
• Design and integrate a

  Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline

  with

  GVector / vector databases

  .
• Develop and optimize scalable

  Python

  modules for data ingestion, embeddings, and agent interaction.
• Create a

  lightweight demo UI

  using

  Streamlit, Gradio, or APIs

  for showcasing POC functionality.
• Ensure quick iterations, independent problem-solving, and rapid delivery of functional prototypes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years

  of professional experience in

  AI/ML engineering

  (POC/startup experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in

  Python

  for building ML/LLM-powered applications.
• Proven hands-on experience with:

• LangChain agents

• AWS Bedrock

• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or GVector)

• RAG pipelines

• Familiarity with

  Streamlit, Gradio, or lightweight API frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, etc.)

  .
• Ability to work independently, move fast, and deliver functional, demo-ready solutions under tight timelines.

Nice to Have

• Prior work on

  multi-agent systems

  or

  autonomous AI assistants

  .
• Experience with

  prompt engineering

  and

  LLM fine-tuning

  .
• Knowledge of

  cloud-native deployments

  and DevOps for rapid demos.
