AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a passionate AI/ML Specialist to join our core product team. In this role, you will take ownership of building, training, and optimizing AI models for image processing, ensuring our product is accurate, scalable, and efficient.This is a hands-on role where your expertise in model training will directly influence the success of our MVP and early customer adoption. You’ll work closely with developers and product leaders to bring cutting-edge AI into a real-world product.Responsibilities

• Design, train, and optimize AI/ML models for image recognition and processing.
• Achieve high model accuracy (>90%) and low inference latency (<1 sec).
• Collaborate with Full Stack Developers to integrate models into production.
• Optimize deployments for scalability on AWS/Cloud environments.
• Continuously monitor and enhance performance using real-world datasets.
• Document experiments, training pipelines, and results for reproducibility.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in training and deploying image-processing models.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with OpenCV and related image-processing libraries.
• Knowledge of AWS ML tools (SageMaker, EC2, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
