AI/ML Developer

Job Description:
OmTec Web is looking for an AI/ML Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. This is a Full-Time position focused on developing intelligent solutions using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies. Join our team of 15+ skilled IT experts and contribute to building cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for clients globally.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML development
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
• Experience with Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or predictive modeling (any or all)
• Experience in API development and model deployment
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)
• Ability to perform unit testing and validate ML models

Key Responsibilities:

• Build AI/ML models from scratch or extend existing models, and optimize them for production.
• Apply transfer learning and implement ML algorithms effectively.
• Deploy AI models with API wrappers (FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Conduct external dataset research and preprocessing.
• Collaborate with teams to understand and meet project requirements.
• Ensure scalability, deployment, and monitoring of models in production.
• Keep up with the latest trends in AI/ML.

Skills Required:

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in API development (FastAPI, Flask, Django REST).
• Understanding of algorithms, transfer learning, and production deployment.
• Problem-solving and self-learning attitude.

Good to Have(optional):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
