AI/ML Developer

We are building next-generation AI-powered SaaS infrastructure and internal AI systems across ERP/CRM/SaaS products.

You will join as a core AI/ML Engineer, working directly with a high-strength founding tech team (Senior full-stack founders, DevOps, ML infra).

This role is for someone who loves to build, iterate fast, experiment, and ship AI-first products.

AI/ML Engineering

• Build, fine-tune, and optimise LLM-based systems (OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral, custom fine-tuning).
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search (Pinecone, Chroma, Qdrant, Supabase vectors).
• Implement agentic workflows, multi-step AI task chains, and self-updating knowledge systems.
• Train/evaluate ML models for classification, NLP, information extraction, analytics, and recommendation systems.
• Optimise model latency, prompt engineering, token efficiency.

Data Engineering

• Build clean, scalable data pipelines (Python, FastAPI, ETL, Pydantic models).
• Work on structured/unstructured data: documents, PDFs, text, logs.
• Implement evaluation frameworks, dataset preparation, model monitoring.

Backend + Integration

• Integrate AI systems with NestJS/Node, FastAPI microservices.
• Design APIs for inference, RAG, model registry, embeddings, and analytics.
• Work with multi-tenant, RBAC-based systems and database models (Postgres + Mongo).

MLOps / Infrastructure

• Deploy AI pipelines on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS/ECS, Bedrock optional).
• Manage model hosting, monitoring, versioning, CI/CD.
• Work with containerisation (Docker), GPU utilisation, optimisation.

Soft Skills

• Ownership mindset, strong problem-solving.
• Ability to work under fast iterations and strong technical leadership.
• Hunger to learn, experiment, debug, and ship quickly.
• Excellent communication & documentation skills (Notion + Git style).

Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have)

• Built or contributed to agentic systems (LangChain, LlamaIndex, custom frameworks).
• Experience with SaaS infra and multi-tenant architectures.
• Exposure to analytics systems, monitoring dashboards, log intelligence.
• Knowledge of prompt-level optimisation and custom LLM metric evaluation.
• Understanding of GDPR/PII-safe data techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
