AI/ML Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate AI/ML Engineer with 1.5–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and a strong understanding of AI concepts. You will be responsible for building intelligent systems that solve real-world problems and enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets for training and testing models.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and best practices.
• Prepare documentation and reports on project progress and model performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, or AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn) and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time series forecasting.
• Understanding of MLOps and deploying models in production environments.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
