Job summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our Research and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. The AI/ML Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, enhance existing solutions, and contribute to the advancement of our organizations AI capabilities.

Role

Candidate will be responsible for creating cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that possess a broad understanding of diverse tasks and domains. Candidate will contribute to the development of intelligent systems capable of adapting and learning across a wide range of applications.

Responsibilities

For this role candidate must develop mechanisms for the general AI to perform various tasks, such as natural language understanding, image recognition, and decision-making, ensuring a holistic and versatile skill set. Specifically, the candidate must:

Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges. Stay current on the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies (algorithm Development).
Preprocess and clean large datasets for training machine learning models. Conduct feature engineering to extract relevant information from raw data (data preprocessing and feature engineering).
Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using various frameworks. Implement and experiment with different model architectures and optimization techniques (model, training and evaluation).
Integrate machine learning models into production systems and applications. Collaborate with software developers to ensure seamless deployment and functionality.
Contribute to the research and development of innovative AI/ML solutions. Collaborate with the R&D team to explore and apply cutting-edge technologies (research and innovation).
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
Document code, algorithms, and methodologies to ensure clarity and maintainability. Prepare technical documentation for both internal and external audiences.

Candidate should also have knowledge and experience with Software Version Control systems: GIT, SVN etc.

Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E/ MCA.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

Create comprehensive documentation of algorithms, models, and methodologies, and actively contribute to knowledge transfer within the team to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning.
Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, and experience with popular AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
