Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop
AI applications
to enhance efficiency of risk management processes and deliver deeper insights for risk managers.
Contribute hands-on using
Python, AI/ML models, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
such as GPT-4.
Build applications with
LangChain
and related AI frameworks.
Partner with
risk managers, model reviewers, and stakeholders
across geographies.
Contribute as a
hands-on developer
while mentoring junior members.
Follow
modern development practices
including Unit Testing and CI/CD.

Required Skills

57 years
of relevant experience in
AI/ML, software engineering, or related fields
.
Graduate degree in
Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering
, or equivalent.
Strong expertise in
Python programming
.
Minimum
2+ years of AI/ML project experience
, including
LangChain
(must-have).
Exposure to
OpenAI APIs and AI-related modeling
.
Sound understanding of
financial concepts and products
.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and
strategic thinking skills
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
, with ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
Familiarity with
advanced AI/ML models and capabilities

Interest in
quantitative risk modeling and financial risk management
