AI/ML Data Engineer

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Data Engineer to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that power our machine learning and analytics initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to turn data into actionable insights and deploy intelligent systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise ETL/ELT data pipelines for AI and analytics workloads.
• Build and maintain data lakes and data warehouses using AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue, EMR).
• Prepare and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data for machine learning models.
• Collaborate with ML teams to deploy, monitor, and scale models in production (using SageMaker or similar tools).
• Integrate streaming and real-time data processing systems (Kinesis, Kafka, etc.).
• Ensure data security, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Develop and maintain data APIs and automation scripts for model training and inference.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in data engineering or ML infrastructure development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and experience with PySpark or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with AWS data services: S3, Glue, Redshift, EMR, Lambda, SageMaker.
• Experience in model deployment and monitoring (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
• Proficiency with data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, Step Functions).
• Understanding of ML lifecycle, feature engineering, and data versioning.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML (MLOps).
• Exposure to AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (QuickSight, Power BI).
• AWS Certification (Data Analytics or Machine Learning) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
