AI/GenAI Developer

o Design and implement multi-agent AI systems and protocols (MCP, A2A) - based workflows to handle complex, multi-step tasks and autonomous decision-making processes, build conversational AI chatbots and intelligent agents to provide instant, context-aware responses to user queries.
o Implement generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as automated document generation, content creation, and intelligent text summarization. Also, finetuning custom models if required Own the RAG & Data Engineering Pipeline:o Design, build, and maintain the end-to-end data engineering pipelines (ingestion, preprocessing, chunking) that are foundational to our AI systems.o Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, ensuring our AI models access accurate and up-to-date information from our private knowledge base.o Manage and scale vector databases and the associated embedding and indexing processes.End-to-End Deployment & MLOps (Basic):o Take full ownership of deploying AI models into a production environment as scalable, reliable microservices.o Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our machine learning systems to ensure robust and reliable operations. (preferred)o Work closely with our MERN stack developers to integrate AI services via clean, efficient APIs.Client & Stakeholder Collaboration:o Work closely with clients to gather requirements and discuss user stories, ensuring our development is aligned with their needs.o Lead technical demonstrations, showcasing product updates and new features to clients and stakeholders.o Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and project progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.o Build and deploy recommendation engines and predictive analytics models to provide personalized user journeys and forecast key business metrics.
