Job Description

As a Technical Lead/Architect with a total of 8-12 years of IT experience, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead role. You must possess strong programming knowledge in either Python (with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask, and data libraries such as NumPy and Pandas) or .NET (including ASP.NET and Web API development). Additionally, you should have experience working with a cloud platform such as Azure and its services like Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, AI Foundry, and Azure Open AI. Familiarity with databases like Azure SQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB is also required. It is essential to have a minimum of 3 months experience in developing GenAI solutions using any LLMs and deploying them on cloud platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of developers to deliver complex IT solutions. Collaboration with team members and customers to understand project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions is a key aspect of the job. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be crucial in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing solutions. Effective leadership of the development team is necessary to ensure successful project delivery. Strong communication skills are also required to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.,
